10/20ft On/Off Shore Container Workshop

The container has built-in safety valve calibration platform, crane, air conditioning, lighting, tool cabinet and work benches.

1. 10/20 feet on/offshore DNV container.

2. Test Stand capable of 6,960 psi. More details about TPU3100-LP safety valve test bench, please refer to last pages. We would like this to be placed at the very back in the center of the container with enough room to comfortably walk around all sides of the stand and with the control panel off to the right hand side in front. with a safety barrier that can be mounted to protect the operator but is easily removed.

3. Direct Quick Connections on the outside of the container that connect directly to the test stand for water, air and Nitrogen. 

4. All  ATEX & IECEx as Zone 1 (21) Gas high quality electrical outlets with all equipment being adapted to it.

 

5. A60 rated internal covering

6. Industrial Stationary Vise mounted directly on a heavy Duty work Bench.

7. Mini Split Style Ex-Rated Air Conditioning Unit(For this a section in the back corner of the container will have to be recessed so the A/C unit does not get damaged during loading and unloading of container offshore) 

 

8. Ex Rated Zone 1 fluorescent lights that are low profile. 

9. Overhead Stationary Crane Beam directly mounted to the ceiling of the container in the center, extending the whole length of the container. I would like this beam to be capable of supporting 1000lbs with manufacturer certificates 

10. Crane Beam Trolley capable of 1000lb load with manufacturer certificates

11. Chain Hoist capable of 1000lbs with manufacturer certificates

12. Work Benches on both sides of the container approx 6 feet long and 2 feet wide. (20feet)

PS: Before signing the order, a complete technical documents will be provided, which will be used as the technical annex of the order after confirmation by both parties.
