Vertical pumps utilize a unique shaft and bearing support configuration that can allow the volute to hang in the sump while the bearings are outside the sump or mounted outside the tank. Applications include spray booths, filtration systems, paint systems, spray washers and many more.
Most vertical pumps completely remove the need for a seal, there is no alignments required, and require less floor space. Vertical pumps are designed to minimize maintenance by making the rotating element removable without disturbing the mounting plate or piping. The pump can be either floor mounted, chair mounted or barrel mounted.
Anderson Process is proud to partner with some of the industry’s premier centrifugal vertical pump manufacturers — Ansimag, Dean Pump, Finish Thompson, Franklin Electric, Goulds Water Technology, Gusher Pumps, Hayward Gordon, Price Pump, Vanton, Vertiflo and Walrus — to offer a large selection of vertical pumps for nearly any industrial process application. Our vertical pumps provide exceptional reliability, enabling operations to maximize production up-time.
