3/4 inch Rapid air maxline straightening photos

Set up my straightening station first. Here is the full roll out of the box.

I clamped the straightener to the bench top.

I just pulled the tubing by hand thru the rollers. A bit tough but doable.

I had to hand form several long sweeping bends and used a conduit bender to get the sweep I wanted and then hand formed the details until it looked right. I could have used 90 degree fittings here too but I liked the smooth sweeping bend much better at this spot.

I found getting the long sections straight to be the biggest problem. I also want to point out to space the tube holding clips evenly for a more professional look.

Very happy with my system and zero leaks. To the guy that had leaks check you quick connects. That rubber seal inside leaks on mine so I shut the piping off when I am done. I still can't find these rubber inserts and with the expensive Hi-Flo couplers I use I will not toss them out because of that!

I have a few bits and pieces left over from my Max-Line Rapid Air 3/4" air system so if you need something let me know? I have about 30' of tubing left and about 5 or 6 fittings.

Here is the kit I started with;
