A new 20’ shipping container provides 160 square feet of secure storage space. Our new 20-foot containers are 20′ long, 8’-6’’ tall, and 8′ wide on the outside. This results in an interior height of 7’8”. New 20ft containers are often called one-trip or single-use because they’ve made one trip across the ocean.
They typically come in light gray or tan/beige color and feature a built-in lockbox for added security, air vents, and forklift pockets to make moving them around easy. You can expect your shipping container to be rust-free and have minimal (if any) dings or dents.
Each new 20-foot shipping container comes equipped with thick rubber door gaskets, which help keep the container free of wind, water, and rodents.
