Lightly grease the inside thread on the cranks and install the pedals. It's important the correct pedal is fitted to the correct crank arm. Pedals and crank arms are normally labelled L (left) and R (right) for which one's go together. A general rule is if you can't thread it in with just your fingers don't use a tool as it's likely to be the wrong side or the thread between the pedals and cranks isn't inline. Only once you've done them up finger tight, use a tool to tighten the rest of the way.

Some bulky items and select bikes which to not qualify for free standard shipping will be shipped at a subsidized flat fee of $19.95. Due to their size and weight it is not possible to offer free shipping on these orders but the majority of costs are still covered by us.

We aim to despatch in stock orders same day if ordered before 2pm EST. This applies to in stock items and excludes those items which have a processing time (which is clearly marked on the products detail page next to the add to cart button), as well as custom bikes and custom wheels.
